Why is facebook marketplace not working

Facebook won’t let me request a review. Randomly out of nowhere my Facebook account has been blocked on marketplace. It happens once every couple month I usually request a review and wait a day and get back. This time however every time I click request review it brings me to this page telling to request a review.
