I was considering trying ArkOS but thought I’d give a factory reset a go first. So far it seems to have fixed the issue. My device is still running the latest version of JELOS after the reset but the sound is working as expected now. I have no idea if this will introduce other problems but so far everything seems ok. 1. Put the SD card in, it showed ArkOS logo, and the whole screen just stay dark.
