Couldn't find any text on the Programmable Rednet Controller's Multipulse function - so I thought I'd try my hand at creating a guide from my findings.

Put a rednet port in the reactor connect it to the rednet controller with rednet cable. On the port set 'control rod insertion' to orange, on the PRC set to 'passthrough', on the gui left side set 'cnst 100', on the right side set 'i/o X orange'. where X is the direction it is connected to the cable.
