The 10th gen seats are definitely firm. I sat in every model of 2019 Honda when I was at the dealer last and noticed that every model has really firm seats. Very firm at least compared to my 9th gen Sport which are soft enough that I drove 12+ hours with no discomfort. Nothing is static. Everything is evolving.
