I have BCBS Fed. They only cover Wegovy and Saxenda. No one has Wegovy. Saxenda apparently works half as well as Wegovy. Zepbound is not covered (it may be though). Apparently Zepbound will be cheaper than Wegovy, so don't see why insurance wouldn't want to cover Zep as well (and since no one supplies wegovy (at least starting doses)).
