I compared the ingredients list pretty damn closely between AG1 and GV and they were generally comparable sometime they had different sources for similar ingredients or one had a bit more of one thing than the other. Although I will say GV had a ton more variance and amount of probiotics. I really like Athletic Greens. I tried a competing product that war recommended on Reddit called Green Vibrance, but both the taste and the affects were not comparable to AG.
